Joe Clark was born in 1957 in Marietta, Ohio. He has lived in various parts of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and New Jersey. His interest in photography began with his fascination of National Geographic magazine photos. At the age of seventeen, Joe was given his first 35mm camera. The overwhelming excitement of looking through the viewfinder continues today.
Working out of his custom-designed home studio he has experience in photo Journalism, commercial and portraiture photography. Joe has had many photos exhibited at the Zanesville Art Center, Pomerene Art Center (Coshocton) and as special displays in area businesses. He has won the Corky Baughman Award for best black and white photograph in the ZAC Show with "Fence Line" and "Church Home." His black and white infrared photograph "Holy Twilight" has been acquired for the ZAC Permanent collection.
Joe finds a combination of spiritual, nature and fantasy inspirations to be a motivational force in his photography. His Fine Art prints are available for purchase in various sizes and finishes upon request. They are great to display in your home or office -- for inspiration, motivation or simple pleasing visual appreciation.
